What are the prerequisites for joining the platform?
We are open to all counsellors, psychotherapist, psychologists and social workers who are trained and who are registered with a regulatory body (such as Australian Counselling Association - ACA or Australian Psychological Society - APS) .

How much does it cost?
We charge no monthly fees or joining fees. There are no contracts and you can cancel your account at anytime.
We charge a flat 10% service fee for each appointment booked. This helps keep the platform up and running.
How will I get paid?
We use Stripe to process all payments, which is a company that is trusted by millions of businesses and consumers.
Once you've added in your bank details your fees will be transferred directly into your nominated bank account.
Do you only allow for Telehealth appointments?
Yes, at the moment we only cater for telehealth appointments.
I have a practice with multiple employees, can I sign up?
Unfortunately at this time we are only allowing individual therapists to sign up.
Is your platform secure and is the video conferencing private?
Talked protects your personal information with industry standard SSL and encryption so you and your clients are always safe and secure.
Our video software uses encrypted channels to connect you with your clients. They are 100% private and never recorded or stored.
Can I pause my account when I have enough work?
Whether you have enough work or just want to take a break our platform allows you to pause your account for any length of time.
This gives you the control and flexibility to work however you want.
Do you allow for Bulk Billing?
Currently we do not cater for Bulk Billing clients.
Will I become an employee of Talked? Do I need to sign a contract?
No, you will not be an employee of Talked. There are no contracts to fill in or sign.
Our platform helps you manage your own clients and appointments. All your invoices can be labeled with your own ABN and company information.
