Who is Sai Home & Community Care?

Sai Home & Community Care is an innovative service provider that ensures all of the individual needs of clients are taken care of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They provide support workers that are fully qualified and experienced in providing a service that will exceed their expectations. They support their clients to maintain their independence and dignity while living in the comfort of their own home.

How does this work?

Talked is an Australian therapy platform, that will match you with a qualified therapist and provide you convenient, affordable and secure access to online therapy.

Who are the therapists?

The therapists on Talked are qualified Australian therapists consisting of Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Psychotherapists. Every therapist is vetted and registered with a peak governing body that imposes a strict code of ethics and standards.

How much does it cost?

This depends on your therapist, but prices range between $60 - $200 per session depending on experience and qualifications.

How will I communicate with my therapist?

You can decide how you would like to connect with your therapist. Many therapists on Talked offer video (telehealth), chat (text-based) and in-person sessions.

Can I claim a Medicare rebate?

If eligible you can claim up to 10 rebated Medicare sessions per year and depending on which psychologist you see, you'll receive between $93 and $137 back.

We will process all your Medicare claims on your behalf, so you can get paid directly back to your bank account after each session.

To be eligible you must have a mental health plan and a GP referral. Learn more about Medicare.

Do you offer bulk billing?

We do not offer bulk billing psychology sessions, however, we do provide very affordable therapy starting from just $60 per session.

I'm an NDIS support coordinator, how can I book my participant in?

We work with many support coordinators and welcome you to either complete our participant referral form or you can book your participant in for a session yourself by choosing a therapist.

I'm funded by the NDIS, can I use this service?

Yes, if you are a plan managed or self managed NDIS participant you can book a session with any number of our psychologists or counsellors. Get started with NDIS.

Can I claim the cost on my private health insurance?

You may be able to claim the cost back on your private health insurance if your policy covers you for it. We work with my insurers and allow you to see therapists who are suitable for your specific health insurer.

During our matching assessment we will ask about your health insurer or you can browse our therapists.
