Does telehealth couples counselling work?

Telehealth for couples counselling has been shown to offer better results than in-person sessions, because the couple feel more comfortable in their own home and often find it easier to open up. Along with this, couples are more consistent in going to their therapy sessions because it's more convenient and there is no need to travel.

My partner doesn't live with me, can I invite them?

Absolutely. Once you've booked your session you'll be able to simply enter your partners email address and they will be sent a link to join the therapy session.

Can we see a therapist in person?

If you feel telehealth isn't for you then you can book an in-person couples counselling session with many of our qualified therapists.
