Is this private and confidential?
Yes, our service is completely private. We do not share any of your details with your organisation and they are not made aware when you make a booking.
We do require some information about yourself, which is only shared with your therapist and allows them to provide you the best possible care.
How much does this cost?
Thanks to our partnership with your organisation your first therapy session is completely free. You are under no obligation to commit or continue with therapy after your first session.
Any follow-up sessions are charged at the therapists normal price, which varies depending on each practitioner.
How long is the session?
Your first session is 30 minutes. Each follow-up session after that is 50 minutes.
How do I connect to my therapy session?
Once you've made a booking we will email you a join link which you can use to easily connect with your therapist over a video call using your desktop or mobile.
