How it Works

Choose the most convenient way to access the service for you: phone, web chat, or video.

Enter your eligible Peoplecare Health Insurance membership details. If you’re phoning, our mental health professional will ask for them.

3.

You'll be connected with a mental health professional.

4.

They will ask a few questions about your mental health. You’re in a supportive, confidential, judgement-free space, so be open and honest.

5.

They’ll take the time to understand your concerns, provide advice and resources, and connect you with support services.

Who is Talked?

Talked is an Australian online therapy platform connecting people to fully registered psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, and social workers. We provide accessible, confidential support through secure telehealth and digital wellbeing tools.

What will this service do for me? How will it help me?

This service helps you quickly connect with the right mental health support. A trained clinician will speak with you to understand what you’re going through and recommend the best next steps, whether that’s ongoing therapy, resources, or support options tailored to your needs. It’s a fast, confidential way to get clarity and help.

Is this service free?

Yes. Eligible Peoplecare members get unlimited access to the Here2Talk support service at no cost.

Eligible Peoplecare Health Insurance members can also access one free^ psychology session per financial year, plus unlimited access to the Wellbeing Platform with articles, journal prompts, and other mental health resources.

What are the operational hours?

You can access the Wellbeing Platform anytime, 24/7.

Here2Talk is available at 10am-8pm AEST on weekdays and 12pm-6pm AEST on weekends.

Psychology sessions are available during standard business hours and after-hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on your chosen psychologist's availability.
