Confidential and anonymous support

Protecting the privacy of every member is essential to how Talked operates. All sessions are completely confidential, and personal health information is never shared with an employer.

Members can access support anonymously, with no identifying details disclosed in any reporting. Only high level utilisation insights are provided to organisations, with no visibility into who accessed services or what was discussed.

Talked follows ISO 27001 aligned practices to ensure data is stored, processed and protected to the highest standards. All communication is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls, continuous monitoring and regular security reviews across our platform and infrastructure.

Our systems are hosted in Australia and built to meet the security expectations of healthcare providers and insurers.

Privacy compliance

Talked complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. We collect only the information needed to deliver safe clinical care, and we are transparent about how data is used.

Members can access or update their information at any time, and all records are stored securely in accordance with healthcare privacy requirements. Personal and clinical data is never used for marketing, sold to third parties or shared with employers.
