Crisis management support and rapid response

Your managers get immediate access to support through phone or chat following any workplace crisis. Our crisis management team is available to assist employees after events such as accidents, assaults, critical injuries or other traumatic situations.

On-site trauma support

When needed, Talked can deploy trained responders, including psychologists and trauma specialists, to the workplace. They provide psychological first aid, stabilisation and guidance during the immediate aftermath of an incident.

Welfare checks and follow-up support

We can notify employees who were nearby or impacted, and conduct follow up welfare checks to ensure their safety and wellbeing. This helps identify anyone who may need extra support, and ensures they receive the right resources and care as early as possible.

Post-incident reporting & training
