We take an holistic approach by assessing symptoms, risk factors and overall presentation across both mental and physical health. Our nurses then determine the most suitable level of care and coordinate the next step in the pathway.

In addition to our 24/7 care team, we also provide members with a bespoke Matching Assistant that blends empathetic prompts with AI-powered matching to turn hesitation and uncertainty into a supported next step.
The Matching Assistant will recommend up to three of our best-fit clinicians to provide mental health support based on the member's unique needs, preferences, and availability.

Talked offers a unique Medicare pathway that ensures employees continued to be supported even after their funded sessions finish.
After company-funded therapy sessions are used, Talked can seamlessly transitions employees to Medicare so they can continue being supported by the same psychologist and maintain continuity of care.

For more complex or higher severity cases, nurses will check in within 24 hours to ensure the member is guided and supported.
