Advancing outcomes and understanding of mental health through clinical research.

We are committed to delivering evidence-based care at a scale, which allows us to impact thousands of lives simultaneously and gain some amazing insights.
We love teaming up with great universities and researchers to dig into the data. By sharing our insights and learnings, we aim to deepen our understanding of mental health and work together to make treatments more effective for everyone.

We recently collobrated with the School of Medicine and Public Health at University of Newcastle, on the publication of the research paper, “Understanding factors related to treatment retention in an online mental health support service” published in the journal Behaviour Research and Therapy.
This study utilises Talked insights to better understand how people engage with online therapy. By analyzing the factors that influence treatment retention, we are taking an evidence-based approach to improving mental health outcomes and having real-world impact.
