What happens in the free therapy session?
During the session you'll have the opportunity to let your therapist know about the issues you are facing and to hear from your therapist how they can help you and the methods that they will use. We have made a guide on how to get free therapy.
What is the duration of the free therapy session?
The session is 15 minutes long.
How will I connect with my therapist?
We will email you a join link which you can use to connect with your therapist using our secure video service.
What if the therapist is not a good fit?
You are under no obligation to book any follow up sessions. You can simply try a different therapist without your existing therapist knowing.
